Returns
Returns or exchanges of items that are shipped by mistake, sent in the wrong size, or faulty/damaged prior to shipping will be replaced or addressed by Taline Designs with no charge to the purchaser. All other returns must be approved within 15 days of delivery by Taline designs Inc. and issued a return number prior to being shipped. Return numbers can be obtained by emailing Talinedesigns Inc. at info@talinedesigns.com. Return items must be in their original condition, and tags, and packaging must be included. Taline Designs Inc. is unable to accept returns or issue a refund for any used, damaged, or altered items. All wedding/made to measure, custom garments as well as masks, accessories, undergarment and clearance items are non-refundable. Taline Designs Inc. reserves the right not to accept any items that do not meet Taline Designs’s Inc.’s policy criteria. Once the return has been checked and approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the purchaser’s credit card or original method of payment.
The purchaser is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items and will be billed for return shipping if the item purchased does not meet Taline Designs Inc.’s returns policy criteria upon arrival.
Please note that Taline Designs Inc. does not accept liability for returned goods, and in the event of any failure to return any goods to Taline Designs Inc. within the stipulated time limit, even though validly cancelled, Taline Designs Inc. shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
The purchaser is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s) purchased.
Any custom or import duties you may be required to pay once your items are delivered are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
